How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm with your password. Deletion is permanent — all your workout history, sets, and analytics are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? below the password field. Enter your email address and we'll send you a reset link.
How do I change my email address?
Email us at support@getoverload.app from your current address and we will update it for you.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. On your iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, find OVERLOAD, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
I was charged but my Pro features aren't showing.
Try tapping Restore Purchaseson the paywall screen. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID (email) and we'll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request one.
Workout Logging
How does the CLI input work?
Type an exercise name followed by reps and weight, e.g.
bench 3x225 or squat 5/315. The live preview above the input shows what will be logged before you submit.How is the estimated 1RM calculated?
OVERLOAD uses the Epley formula:
weight × (1 + reps / 30). A PR is automatically detected any time you beat your previous best estimated 1RM for a given exercise.Can I edit or delete a logged set?
Yes — open the session from History, tap the set you want to change, and use the edit or delete options.
Data & Privacy
What data does OVERLOAD collect?
See our Privacy Policy for the full list. In short: your account info, workout data you log, and subscription status. No advertising, no tracking SDKs.
How do I export my data?
Data export is coming in a future update. In the meantime, email us and we can provide a CSV of your workout history.
